These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Eija Ananda Oy (“Company”, “we”, “us”) to clients (“Client”, “you”).

2. Services

​

Eija Ananda Oy provides life coaching services, including but not limited to:

  • Individual coaching sessions

  • Coaching programs

  • Online consultations

  • Digital materials and resources

All services are delivered online unless otherwise agreed.

3. Nature of Coaching

​

Coaching is a professional partnership focused on personal growth and goal achievement.

Coaching is not:

  • Therapy

  • Psychological treatment

  • Medical advice

  • Legal or financial advice

  • ​

The Client acknowledges that:

  • Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

  • The Client is fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.

 

If the Client is experiencing mental health challenges, they are encouraged to seek support from a licensed healthcare professional.

4. Eligibility

​

By purchasing services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

 

5. Booking and Payment

​

All sessions and programs must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are displayed on the website or provided via written agreement.

Eija Ananda Oy reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Changes do not affect already confirmed bookings.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Individual Sessions

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

 

Coaching Programs

Program fees are generally non-refundable once the program has started, unless otherwise stated in writing.

If the Company must cancel a session, a new session will be scheduled.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

​

If you are an EU consumer purchasing services online, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days unless:

  • The service has already begun with your express consent, and

  • You acknowledged that your right of withdrawal is waived once the service starts.

 

By booking a session within the 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly consent to the service beginning and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost once the service is fully delivered.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (workbooks, exercises, digital content, videos, texts) remain the intellectual property of Eija Ananda Oy.

You may not:

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Share

  • Sell

  • Publish

any materials without written permission.

9. Confidentiality

All coaching conversations are treated as confidential.

However, confidentiality may be breached if required by law or if there is risk of serious harm.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • Coaching results are not guaranteed.

  • The Client is responsible for their own decisions and outcomes.

 

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

 

11. Data Protection

​

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

12. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled by Finnish courts.
