I’ve been exactly where you are.

Not the ‘going through a hard time’ version.
The floor-disappeared, reality-rewritten,
“I didn’t even know who I’d been married to” version.

My Story

My husband was living a double life. I had no idea — not a suspicion, not a hint. One day I had a marriage, a family, a future. The next, all of it was gone. And with it, my sense of who I was, what was real, and what I could trust.

What followed was the hardest thing I’ve ever been through. The shock. The shame that wasn’t mine to carry. The questions that had no answers. The feeling that I’d lost not just him, but myself — the self I thought I knew.

I remember what those early days felt like. The strange, surreal quality of ordinary life continuing around you while your world has stopped making sense. Going through the motions. Holding it together for everyone else while quietly disappearing inside.

Rebuilding — honestly

I didn’t heal quickly. I didn’t bounce back. I went to therapy. I spent time in nature, reconnecting with the parts of myself that had been buried for years. I used tapping, movement, creativity — anything that helped me feel present in my own body again.

Piece by piece, I came back to myself. Not the person I was before — someone clearer, more honest, and more grounded. Someone who understood, finally, what she actually needed.

That experience became the foundation of everything I do now.

Why I do this work

I became a coach because I know what it’s like to need someone who has actually been there. Not someone with a framework. Someone who’s sat in the exact same stunned silence you’re sitting in right now.

I’m a Certified Life Coach with a background in design. My approach blends mindset work, emotional awareness, and body-based practices like tapping — alongside honest, practical conversation.

I help women over 50 survive the blindside — and find solid ground on the other side.

Way to Love isn't about finding someone else first. It's about finding your way back to yourself — to the love for who you are that got buried under the years, the marriage, the shock of it all. That's where healing begins. That's where everything begins.

A Bit About Me

I grew up in Finland, studied at the University of Florida, and have lived through more unexpected chapters than I ever imagined. I’m a proud mother of two grown sons. I love art, theatre, movement, and time in nature — these things kept me going through the hardest years, and they still do. I live in Finland, living a life I genuinely didn't think was possible from where I once stood.
