My Story

I know how it feels to have your heart broken. To stand at a crossroads, wondering if love is still possible.

For me, the journey wasn’t just about finding someone new—it was about rediscovering myself.

​

After losing my job and going through a painful divorce, I found myself at the lowest point of my life. Everything felt uncertain. I had spent years making myself small, and when it all fell apart, I wasn’t sure who I was anymore.​

​

Rebuilding From Within

But I refused to stay in that place. Through therapy, tapping, time in nature, and reconnecting with the things that brought me joy, I slowly began rebuilding.

​

Piece by piece, I became whole again. I learned to trust myself, honor my needs, and step back into my own light.

And that changed everything.

Why I Coach

During this journey, I discovered something powerful: love has no age limit.

​

The most fulfilling relationships begin inside us—with self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and a clear understanding of what truly matters.

This realization inspired me to create Way to Love Coaching. I help people over 50 break old patterns, heal from past relationships, and rebuild the confidence they need to invite love back into their lives.

My approach is warm, practical, and deeply personal. I’ve walked the path myself, and I’ll walk it with you.

I am a Certified Life Coach, bringing both professional training and lived experience to my work. With a background in design, I understand attraction—not just the outer kind, but the inner glow that comes from being authentic and self-assured.

I blend mindset work, emotional awareness, somatic practices, and practical dating strategies to help you open the door to healthy, meaningful connection.

A Bit About Me

I grew up in Finland, moved to Florida where I graduated from the University of Florida in 1993, and returned to my homeland in 1999. Life has taken me through many unexpected chapters—and each one taught me that reinvention is always possible.

I’m a proud mother of two grown boys. I love art, theatre, movement, nature, and living a healthy, active life. These passions keep me grounded, joyful, and inspired.
